Permanent Jewellery Aftercare

A little care keeps your sparkle looking beautiful. Your permanent jewellery is designed to be worn every day, but just like any fine jewellery, it deserves a little care.

Avoid pulling or catching your chain.
Avoid direct contact with harsh chemicals and cleaning products.
Perfume, lotions and fake tan are best applied before putting them in contact with your jewellery.
After swimming in the sea or a chlorinated pool, rinse your jewellery with fresh water and gently dry it.
Clean when needed with a soft cloth and a product suitable for your jewellery material.

Need to remove it?

Permanent doesn't mean you can never take it off.

If you need to remove your jewellery for an MRI, operation or medical procedure, carefully cut the small welded jump ring and keep your chain.

If your chain breaks

Don't throw it away. Keep your chain and get in touch. I'll check whether it can be safely repaired or re-welded.

If the chain itself is damaged or needs replacing, an additional charge may apply.
